THE SEND/ FLOOD WEEK

PLEASE NOTE

Outside food and beverage is prohibited. Please do not bring any bottles of water/juice/soda. All patrons found bringing outside food and beverage into the arena will be asked to return it to their vehicle or dispose of it in the trash.

We will be permitted to carry one clear plastic or vinyl bag that does not exceed 12”x6”x12”, or one clear drawstring bag not to exceed 12”x12”, or one, one-gallon clear plastic or zip-lock, resealable bag.

A small clutch no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” may also be carried in addition to one clear bag.

All other bags (backpacks, large purses, oversized tote or mesh bags, reunsable grocer bags, drawstring bags, camera bag/binocular case, printed plastic bag, fany packs, or diaper bags) are strictly prohibited.

We are selling tickets for the Send at a discounted rate of $25 per ticket for Heirborne youth and their families. Once you purchase your tickets, please email serena@lcmi.org to coordinate picking up your tickets. You will not be able to enter the stadium without your ticket.

Please note that we will have a group of youth leaders at the arena throughout the day. If you would like transportation, please email serena@lcmi.org. Please bring cash for food and drink at the arena.

9:00AM…………LEAVE FOR THE SEND

11AM……………….DOORS OPEN

12PM………………EVENT STARTS

10PM………………EVENT ENDS

We will be bussing students to join The Send’s “Flood Week” Next Wednesday the 2nd, in place of having regular youth that night. This will be a free event! We are asking that students arrive by 5:45 in the youth room and we will be back that night by 9:30 PM. Please sign up to reserve your seat :)
